Due to the nature of parcel and shipment, we will not accept returns of damaged or opened cans. All refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card or PayPal used for the original purchase. It may take up to (2) to (3) billing cycles for the refunded credit to appear on your statement. Item must be unopened/untampered and inside the original packaging in order to be eligible for return. Refunds may take up to one week to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Venustars is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
